1. SPONSOR
Smartify Media, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business at 2916 N. Miami Avenue, Suite 1015, Miami, FL 33127 ("Sponsor"). By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD
The America 250 Raffle Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins June 27, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST and ends July 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST ("Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.
3. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families or households, are ineligible. Void where prohibited.
4. HOW TO ENTER
This Sweepstakes runs nationwide in all U.S. markets where Smartify Media digital screens are deployed. Entrants may use either method below; both receive equal consideration in the drawing.
Method 1 — QR Code (Scan-to-Enter): During the Promotion Period, locate a participating Smartify digital display screen. Scan the QR code for any of the five symbols (Firework, Eagle, Liberty Bell, Hot Dog, American Flag) at usa250.smartifymedia.com. Enter your Instagram handle when prompted. Collect all 5 symbols and submit your entry. Limit: one (1) QR entry per person per symbol (five scans maximum to collect all 5).
Method 2 — Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE — No Purchase Necessary): Visit usa250.smartifymedia.com and tap "Enter Without Scanning." Complete and submit the online entry form with your name and email address. One (1) AMOE entry per person. AMOE entries are on substantially equal terms as QR scan entries.
Limit: one (1) total raffle entry per person, regardless of entry method. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
5. PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize: $250 USD (approximate retail value: $250). Prize awarded as a check or electronic payment. No cash equivalent or substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes.
6. DRAWING & ODDS
On or about July 10, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be notified via Instagram direct message and/or email within five (5) days of the drawing. Winner must respond within 48 hours or an alternate winner may be selected. Winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. If the potential winner cannot be verified, fails to respond within 48 hours, fails to return required documents, or is found ineligible, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting.
8. TAX
Prize value is $250, which is below the IRS Form 1099-MISC reporting threshold. Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.
8a. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor and its agents an irrevocable right and consent to use, publish, and broadcast winner's name, likeness, image, voice, statements, and biographical information in connection with this Sweepstakes for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes, in any medium now known or later developed, worldwide, without further notice, review, or compensation. This consent is provided in satisfaction of Fla. Stat. Section 540.08 and any other applicable right-of-publicity law.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. All decisions by Sponsor are final. By participating, entrants release Sponsor from any and all liability. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
10. PRIVACY & DATA
Personal information collected through this Sweepstakes will be used solely to administer the promotion and notify the winner. Data will not be sold to third parties. Participants may request deletion of their data by contacting info@smartifymedia.com.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. All questions and comments regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor, not Instagram.
